There are 3 categories under Nanolux, namely Nano, Lux and Superlux.
Under each category, there are different film types according to
your needs. This label tells you the Film Category and Film Type.
There are 3 sizes in general ie. (1) 40x60” which is suitable
for front windscreen/rear windshield or architectural glass application,
(2) 20x60” which is suitable for 2 sidelites or architectural
window application, (3) 24x60” which is suitable for sidelites
of larger vehicles like MPVs. It is suitable for architectural window
application too.
This chart lists down the performance of all Nanolux films. You
can refer to the chart easily for the specification of the film
you’ve selected. The specifications include Visible Light
Transmittance (VLT) which indicates how ‘clear’ or ‘dark’
the film is, Visible Light Reflectance (VLR) whereby the higher
the VLR, the more ‘mirror-like reflection’ the film
has. Total Solar Energy Rejected (Tser) is self-explanatory. The
higher the Tser, the better the film is in terms of rejecting heat.
This chart also indicates the ‘Level of Skills’ required.
The icon used is a ‘squeegee’ for installing film. One
squeegee denotes ‘DIY’ level. It means the film is relatively
easy to install. The level of difficulty increases with more squeegees
ie. The level of challenge will be higher.
In the event that warrants an exchange of your purchase due to product
defects, you will need to cut out this proof-of-purchase tear sheet
and attach it together with the receipt and defective film for the
exchange.
Refer to this instruction booklet for installation methods and tips.
Each instruction booklet comes in duo language, English and the
language of your country.
